Dr. Stephen Herzberg, New Rochelle, NY’s favorite orthodontist has been providing outstanding orthodontic care at the same office since 1989. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and his certificate in Orthodontics from NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Herzberg is board certified and an active educator in orthodontics through his staff appointment as an attending at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.
Dr. Herzberg was inspired to become an orthodontist after having an impacted canine treated at the age of 13. He was intrigued by the process of having his tooth surgically exposed and brought into place with braces, and wanted to be an orthodontist from that point on. Outside of his New Rochelle orthodontics office, Dr. Herzberg is active in the Beth El Synagogue Center, enjoys playing the piano, and is an avid tennis player, skier, and runner. Dr. Herzberg continuously strives to bring you the most advanced and comprehensive orthodontic care.
Dr. Elizabeth Recchion received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After completing a one-year Advanced Education General Dentistry residency in San Antonio, Dr. Recchion practiced general dentistry for three years prior to obtaining her orthodontic certificate from St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. Upon graduation from St Barnabas, she received the Scola Kindness Award, given to the resident that demonstrates compassion and empathy for patients and colleagues.
Dr. Recchion loved having braces when she was younger, and her experience inspired her to become an orthodontist.
Dr. Recchion is proficient in Spanish. Outside of the office, Dr. Recchion enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children. She is an active member of Central Presbyterian Church in Manhattan.

Neetu is a Dental Assistant and brings over 20 years of experience! She became licensed and certified 10 years ago, making her one of the few certified Dental Assistants in all of Westchester, NY. She loves getting to know her patients throughout their treatment, and always has a blast with them. She enjoys working for Dr. Herzberg and carries out his mission of providing the latest, outstanding quality service to all patients. Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys shopping, cooking, cleaning and dancing; however most of all she loves her job! | |

Jacqueline is an Administrative Coordinator and has been a part of Dr. Herzberg’s team for over 16 years. She is responsible for greeting all patients and working with each patient personally to schedule appointments, file insurance claims, and answer any questions they may have. Her passions include photography, reading, walking, biking, traveling and cooking (she is also a professionally trained Chef!) When she is not doing any of those things, she spends her time crocheting blankets (which she donates to a cancer research program), and relaxing with her 3 children and 2 grandchildren. | |

Makesha is a Dental Assistant and has been with Dr. Herzberg for over 7 years. She loves helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable when they are in the office. She is trained for Invisalign and Harmony lingual braces, and certified in Imaging Sciences. She is so grateful to be a part of the process of straightening teeth and loves seeing the final results with all her patients! When she is not working she enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with friends and family, and cooking. |
